Bahire Washed comes from smallholder farmers in Burundi’s Ngozi Province, where high elevations around 1800 masl and volcanic loam soil help shape a cup with clarity and sweetness. Fully washed and dried on raised beds, it opens with honeyed sweetness, soft peach brightness, and a vanilla cream finish that feels round and gentle.
