Let us introduce you to our newest blend: The Ch-ch-ch-ch-Cherry Bomb.  This blend packs a punch to highlight the experimental co-fermentation process happening on our partnering farms. 

If you’ve tried our Summer Peach or Strawberry wine, we don’t need to explain the flavor that co-fermentation delivers.  Wondering how it’s possible?  Farmers accomplish these wild flavors by adding assorted fruits and spices to pulped coffee beans during the milling process before they hit the drying beds. Resulting in bright cherry and sweet syrupy goodness.
