Practical Tasting, Brewing, and Espresso Skills Course

Designed to make baristas more comfortable behind the bar.

This will give you the framework of everything you need to work a coffee bar. You'll grasp grinder skills, extraction, and technique. This will be a very hands on class, where you'll learn to test and to work with coffee while learning what Airship is all about. Come with a full stomach, as you will drink a lot of coffee. 

You'll learn: Tasting and manipulating extraction, brewing fundamentals, espresso fundamentals, & milk steaming basics
