Tasting Notes: Sugar - Spice - Everything Nice
Blend Components: This is a two part blend made from one of the most experimental micro-lots we've ever gotten our hands on. From Colombia, the honey-process coffee offers bold notes of cinnamon and pine. We paired it with our tried & true Sumatra to give it a complex acidity. The result is a beautiful blend that keeps knocking our socks off.
This micro-lot won't last long - so we've kept this offering to 100g bags to make sure everyone has a chance to get their hands on it.
Brewing: Using a 1:16 ratio, 25 grams of coffee, and 400 grams of water. If you have a grinder at home, grind the coffee with your normal automatic brewer setting to achieve a grind texture a little bit coarser than fine sand. It should be done brewing at 3:30. You should expect notes of cinnamon and spice, with a complex acidity.
