Today, she operates two washing stations. This particular lot is grown at high elevations between roughly 1,850 and 2,000 meters in volcanic soils, then fully washed and sun-dried on African beds. This results in a vivid and polished cup of coffee. In our tasting, plum notes brought a dark fruit richness, milk chocolate added softness, and toffee carried through the finish.
