This coffee from the Oromia region checks off all the boxes of what we enjoy in an Ethiopian natural: bright, juicy, and fruit-forward. This lot marries a decadent black cherry acidity with bright a hibiscus finish resulting in a sweet and balanced cup.

We've got our buddies at Catalyst Trade to thank for this one. Dur Feres is their flagship community lot that ensures traceability & consistency for roasters as well as sustainable sales for farmers and producers. This specific lot comes from Aklilu Kassa, whose family, according to legend, built “the road into Guji.” Deeply rooted in the area, he and his family own or support a wide network of washing stations and farms, many of which are Organic Certified.
