This coffee grew out of a venture we began 3 years ago with Long Miles Coffee Project. While visiting Burundi we discovered their equipment was stuck in port. It seemed the only way to get it out was to pay a bribe. We suggested a new way to process their coffee (without the stranded equipment), helped with the set-up and this amazing coffee is the result.
