Tasting Notes: Guava - Blueberry - Lemon

This is now our second honey processed coffee that we've sourced from Indonesia. Our year-round Sumatra Honey is a classic example of what an Indonesian coffee typically tastes like. This new micro-lot only comes around once a year and is a break from the norm. With uncharacteristically fruity notes, this coffee contains a vibrant acidity, rich body, and lasting finish.
This lot comes from the rich soil in the fertile highland valley of the Kerinci region of Sumatra, where almost all of the entire population relies on agriculture. This fertile soil is created by the highest active volcano in Southeast Asia.
