Blend Components: This is a two part blend made from two caturra varieties from neighboring farms in Guatemala. A washed coffee and a sun-dried natural come together to form a velvety body and red apple acidity.
The story: Two cousins, Julio Melendez & Joel Perez, each own farms in the Acatenango region of Guatemala. We've been sourcing coffee from them for over 10 years, and they've provided your favorite Geshas and award-winning micro-lots. Pushing the boundaries on conventional blends, we're combining a sweet juicy sun-dried natural from Joel with a clean and balanced washed from Julio to create an elevated offering that transcends the everyday house blend.
